Early Life and Determination
Hailing from Sagar village in Seoni district, Shubham completed his schooling at Saraswati Shishu Mandir. Belonging to a middle-class family, he earned a BSc degree and nurtured a dream of becoming a government officer. Driven by this ambition, he embarked on the civil services path.

Preparation Journey
Shubham began preparing for the MPPSC in 2017 in Indore, focusing first on the syllabus and then using unit-wise study materials, books, and self-made notes. His journey was marked by repeated attempts and lessons learned along the way.

Six Attempts, Three Interviews, Ultimate Success
Shubham appeared for the MPPSC exam six times and cleared the interview stage three times. Despite setbacks in earlier attempts, he never lost hope. Each failure sharpened his strategy and strengthened his resolve. On his sixth attempt, he topped the 2023 exam and secured the post of Cooperative Extension Officer/Inspector (CEO).
